Intervention and Student Success
Clear Creek ISD aligns support and resources with student needs. The following information is not about programs, but about the process campus and district staff follow in identifying the need for intervention strategies and assessing the progress of students.
Terminology:
Response to Intervention (RTI) is the practice of providing high-quality instruction or intervention matched to student needs and using learning rate over time and level of performance to make important educational decisions.
Student Success Team (SST) is the campus intervention team consisting of teachers, administrators, counselor, and diagnostician. The SST is led by the campus At-Risk Coordinator.
