November – Registration as a judge is open. Judge registration accepted online, by phone (281-284-7323), or by email (tberry@ccisd.net)
January 7 – E-mail reminder to all registered judges
January 11 – E-mail reminder to all registered judges – 2nd
January 11 – Registration closed.
January 14 – Judging at Bayside Intermediate School gyms.
11:00 – Orientation for new SECONDARY judges.
11:45 – Registration for all judges
12:00 – 1:00 Lunch meeting with lead judges.
1:00 – 5:00 Project evaluation and placing.
5:00 – 7:00 Special judging for Grand Award winners.
January 15– Awards Ceremonies
