Office of Public Information: Flier Distribution
CLEAR CREEK INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT FLIER DISTRIBUTION GUIDELINES
Due to the influx of fliers received and the impact these have caused on our campuses, the following guidelines have been established.
ALL FLIERS MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Neither this organization nor this event is sponsored, endorsed or otherwise affiliated with Clear Creek ISD.
- Include contact name, phone number, FAX number, flier and campus name(s) when requesting flier/poster distribution approval.
- CCISD school-related fliers (dance clinics, carnivals, festivals, booster club activities, etc.) will be approved for distribution to students throughout the school year by way of information folders, backpacks, etc. Fliers MUST be counted out in sets of 25. See approval form for enrollment/section numbers. Do not call the campuses for this information.
- All other approved fliers/posters will remain in the office area or teacher’s lounge only, per the discretion of the campus principal. Students can pick up the information if they choose to. No distribution to students will be made in their classroom, parent information folders, backpacks, etc., except for the distribution dates.
- Non-profit organizations must submit their non-profit documentation (example: 501c3 form) with their flier distribution request.
- Fliers will be denied for the following reasons: for-profit, and in accordance with policies GKDA (LOCAL) and FMA (LOCAL).
- Approval form must accompany fliers to EACH campus.
- Neither this organization nor this event is sponsored, endorsed or otherwise affiliated with Clear Creek ISD.
Fliers approved on dates prior to or after those listed above will require that fliers be left in the Main Office Receptionist Area ONLY. Flier requests should be faxed to the Community Partnership Office at 281.284.9901
