“As a Support Services Department, the CCISD Purchasing Department provides procurement and contract administration services for the district while collaboratively working with every organization to ensure the purchase and administration of district products and services is in accordance with the Texas Education Agency (TEA) laws, the authority delegated by the Board of Trustees and district Superintendent.”
