Clear Creek ISD is proud to announce a new system which will allow us to get children to school faster and allow you easy access to your child’s bus route information.

Through InfoFinder you can find your child’s bus stop, route number, and estimated time of arrival in the neighborhood. The software system allows us to find the ideal location for a bus stop based on the students who live in the neighborhood. Our goal is to create neighborhood bus stops where students can wait together. This approach will allow us to reduce the number of bus stops and travel times to and from school, not to mention be more fuel efficient.

CCISD guidelines indicate if a student lives more than two miles from campus they will be bused. Where possible, students will walk the following maximum distances to their bus stop:

• Elementary students: .15 mile (about two blocks)
• Intermediate students: .30 mile
• High school students: .50 mile

As part of the Operations Support Team, the Transportation Department in Clear Creek ISD provides fuel and vehicle maintenance for the District's fleet of more than 200 vehicles including school buses, cars and vans.

We attempt to place every bus stop at a location with reasonable safety assurances for students. Parents must assume the responsibility for their students traveling back and forth from home to the bus stop.
