General Information:

• Students in Kindergarten and 1st grade may check out 1 book per library visit if their previous book has been returned.
• Students in 2nd - 5th grade may check out 2 books per library visit, if their previous books have been returned. These students may also renew their books once; this excludes current Bluebonnet book nominees.
• Parents may check out books from the library with proper identification after an account has been established with Mrs. Littlejohn.
• There are no fines for overdue books; however, students may not check out new books until all overdue books are either returned or paid for.
• Students may use the internet for class projects if the CCISD Acceptable Use Policy has been returned with a parent signature.
• Students may not access their personal email in the library at any time.
• Our library follows a flexible schedule to allow for research and longer library skills classes.
• With teacher permission, students may come to the library every day from 7:45 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. to check out new books.

Resources:

• Students have access to books, periodicals, online databases and multimedia resources in the library.
• Eight student workstations are available for online catalog searches, word processing and internet access.
