League City Intermediate School is located in the south part of League City in Galveston county  We are about 30 miles south of downtown Houston. We have approximately 450 students.  The first League City Intermediate School opened in August of 1982 on FM 2094 near Clear Creek High School.  The first principal was Joe Wiesman and assistant principal was David Sulvian.  Our beautiful new building opened in August of 1999.  Our school mascot is the bobcat.
