Creek ISD Visual Arts Department participates in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Student Art Competition and Exhibit. On display are approximately 300 works of superior student art representing all grade levels. At the district event, each artwork is judged and receives a ribbon. The Rodeo committee then selects works of art that reflect the true spirit of the rodeo and are considered to be excellent in execution, theme, craftsmanship, and creativity.
