Our Team

Facilities and Planning safely provides quality and reliable service for students, staff and community through a well-trained and equipped staff of professionals.

The operations department is the support mechanism which ensures a safe and effective environment for children and staff. The department is responsible for maintaining, cleaning and improving facilities, overseeing bond and capital projects, preparing breakfast and lunch for 37,500 students, safely transporting 20,000 bus riders, and providing law enforcement support to our campuses.

In a fast growth school district such as Clear Creek ISD, the operations team is also responsible for facilitating bond and school boundary committees in an effort to guarantee our buildings are utilized wisely and effectively. This requires a constant monitoring of growth projections in the area and during times when we need to readdress school boundary zones.

The district has launched Info Finder an interactive tool to assist parents in determining the K-12 feeder pattern their children will follow.

Facilities and Planning

• Facility Reservations 

The Facilities and Planning Department is part of the Clear Creek ISD Operations Support Team. Facilities provides planning, facilities construction and environmental management.

Their mission is to provide strategic planning with regards to building new quality schools and make existing school facilities better and safer for the Clear Creek ISD community while preserving the public's trust.

Child Nutrition Services

Child Nutrition Services is devoted to protecting and enhancing our students' health and well being by operating a nutritious food service program.

Energy Management

Energy Management is committed to providing a comfortable and efficient learning and work environment for district students and staff.

Maintenance

Maintenance is committed to providing a clean and safe environment for all students, faculty and staff and is dedicated to delivering service in achieving the educational goals of the District.

Safe and Secure Schools

The Safe and Secure Department works to ensure that all students and staff have a safe and healthy learning and working environment. 

Transportation

The Transportation Department provides fuel and vehicle maintenance for the District's fleet of more than 250 vehicles including school buses, cars and vans. The department serves more than 17,000 students per day and more than 103 square miles encompassing 37 campuses and more than 12 municipalities.
