League City – Clear Creek ISD Superintendent Greg Smith, Ph.D. was recently recognized by the CCISD Board of Trustees for his selection as a Texas Music Educators Assocation’s (TMEA) Distinguished Administrator.
The Texas Music Educators Association recognizes upper-level school administrators across the state who have been instrumental in preserving quality music education programs in their districts. “Given the state of education funding and the continuous struggle at all levels to keep quality fine arts education in schools, TMEA feels that it is crucial that we take every opportunity to highlight the many successes present in numerous districts across our state, explained Robert Floyd, Executive Director of the Texas Music Educators Association.
